Vineyard located on the terroir and Vincelles, South and Southwest exposure. Clayey silty limestone, typical of the Vallée de la Marne. Average age of vines is 35 years. Vinification in tank stainless steel. Ageing on the Lees is 33 months. Dosage of 7 g/l. Pale yellow color with a golden reflection and fine bubbles. A mildly intense nose presents an aroma of fruit accompanied by notes of pastries and memories of lees. The Palate is fresh and creamy with citrus notes and stone fruit accompanied by nuances of pastry.
