The An’t 2011 by Eric Taillet is a result of rigorous, equal selection of the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, exclusively from the Bainsonois lieu-dit 40-years old vineyard in Valle de la Marne. Full, but elegant champagne with very fine bubbles and extremely long finish. Rich, ample and delicious ! Assemblage of Chardonnay (50%) and Pinot Noir (50%). Dosage is 1.5g/l
