The Wine Independent: "Guiboret’s Prisme Extra Brut NV is a Blanc de Blancs coming from three parcels in the Côte des Blancs and predominantly from the 2018 vintage with a small seven percent of reserve wine from Prisme 2017 in the blend. Aged a minimum of 40 months, it was disgorged March 2023 and finished with a 1.5 gram per liter dosage. The nose possesses a striking chalkiness that interplays with delicate orchard fruit, citrus oil and nougat aromas. The medium-bodied palate has a classic, silky mouthfeel with a supple mousse that delivers stirring acid freshness, restrained citrus fruit concentration and a super delicate, chalk-laced finish with excellent length.
