Pentacrine is the name of a small star-shaped fossil found in certain soils. The cuvée, a blend of different terroirs of the Vergisson rock installed on the gryphée limestone, is vinified in large 600L containers (demi-muids) in order to favor freshness. The wine is expressed in a mineral tension with a mineral nose and a taut, almost crystalline mouth.
