Champagne Montchenot is made from Pinot Noir (100%) originated from the single hamlet of Monchenot, in the Premier Cru village of Allerand. It benefits from an exceptional location at the junction of the small and large mountain in the Montagne de Reims. The mixture of these two geologies gives the wine its complexity. Vilification occurs in wooden casks and aging takes 36 months, dosage: 4 g/l
