Champagne Petit et Bajan is the result of a love match between Richard Petit and Véronique Bajan which united their families’ wineries under one label in 2008. With Richard’s attention to detail in the fields and Véronique’s tasting prowess in the cellar, the small-batch, grand cru wines of Petit & Bajan are very much the voice of Champagne’s new generation ! Their Nuit Blanche is a very special expression of 2 Grand Cru plots in Avize, Oger and Cramant in the Côte des Blancs which reveals the striking potential of 100% Chardonnay grape. On the nose there are evocative notes of honeysuckle, white peach and citrus, while the first sip reveals a rich, creamy texture and soft mousse along with lingering toasted nut, green apple, and tropical fruit flavours.
